Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be incorporate into in day-to-day activities and decisions. Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar degrees. Certification in Business Analyst preferred. 4+ experience working with analysis and design of new features. Working knowledge of project management lifecycles and methodologies (including Agile). Advanced knowledge of financial instruments, including market conventions and valuation methods, risk management methodologies and models, including best practices, current and anticipated regulatory requirements, back-office processes, and transaction workflows. end to end between Front, Middle and Back Offices, within at least one financial market area (e.g. foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives) and a very good knowledge of at least one other financial market area. Good understanding of current IT practices, and systems development techniques including requirements specification and testing methodologies, formal and real-time analytical modeling tools and keeping up to date with rapidly changing technology. You are excellent in written and spoken English to clearly communicate complex issues and interface with all levels of the organization with ease. Bilingual English/Spanish language skills (B2 English level) Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.
