We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they're entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains. **What you'll do** - Review and understand loan documents and key principles of loan agreements. - Create and summarize monthly/quarterly/ and annual compliance reporting while understanding opportunities and future risk to highlight to leadership. - Develop and streamline a process for property appraisals. - Improve efficiency and automate corporate reporting. - Advanced understanding of cash flow statements and ability to forecast it. - Understand and identify key drivers of a successful real estate business across all facets for the development lifecycle. **What we're looking for** - 6+ years of capital markets, banking, real estate, or real estate lending experience. - Higher education with a focus on finance, economics, or real estate. - Strong ability to create complex models from scratch. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to synthesize complex information and present it to leadership. **Why join us** - Changing the restaurant industry: You'll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery. - Collaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow and achieve your goals, and you'll work closely with other teams to ensure our customer's success. **What else you need to know** This role is based in our Bogota, Colombia office location.
