And they have one goal: to supercharge clients' brands and help them acquire and retain customers. - Key Responsibilities: - Creating visual elements and content tailored to the retail requirements. - Maintaining adherence to UI/UX best practices. - Establishing guidelines for the presentation and utilisation of visual assets. - Collaborating with internal and cross-functional team members. - Ensuring content is optimised for mobile viewing and adaptable across different markets. - Optimising packshots for digital needs and conducting photo manipulations. - Creating promotional banners. - Presenting designs and solutions. - Basic video editing may be required. Requirements - Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and PowerPoint. - 2+ years of experience in creating eCommerce Assets. - Understanding of the eCommerce sector. - Proactive approach and professionalism. - Reliability and compliance with deadlines. - Fluent English level - at least B2. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. - Ability to present designs clearly. - Capable of identifying content-related issues and implementing solutions.
