Backend Engineer (Compliance) We're looking for a seasoned backend engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge compliance solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable systems that integrate with blockchain technology. They will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions aligned with best practices and company strategy. Key responsibilities include integrating with blockchain protocols, focusing on security, data flow, and adaptability, as well as staying updated with backend and blockchain development trends to ensure technology relevance. Additionally, they will establish scalable architecture supporting current and future business needs and require at least 4 hours overlap with EST timezone.
