As a key member of our Trading Operations team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of sports betting. Key Responsibilities: - Events & Markets Creation: Ensure that all sporting events are available on site and correctly set up, meeting local regulations. Review the competition's offerings to ensure our sportsbook product remains the most attractive option, catering to customer needs. - Soccer Enhanced Odds Offering & Risk Management: Plan and create daily boosted odds for popular soccer events, monitoring liabilities to maintain desired margins and mitigate risks. - Real-Time Settlements: Guarantee accurate and rapid settlement of various events or markets in multiple sports, including player props, manual settlements, and resettlements of incorrectly-settled bets. - Content Management: Create and maintain front-page banners (24/7) for each market, adjusting layouts according to local restrictions and customer interests. Highlight top events and leagues by region for easy customer access. - Organize and prioritize the next day's sporting calendar, distribute booked events to In-Play Traders, book and set up live-odds, stream feeds, and data visualization. Requirements: - Deep understanding of various sports and their intricacies; - Previous experience in betting or sportsbook operations; - A strong data-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach; - Self-motivated, confident, and organized individual; - Excellent attention to detail and ability to make quick, informed decisions; - Strong sense of responsibility and personal accountability for delivering results; - Team player attitude, collaborating effectively with others to achieve common goals; - Proficiency in MS Office programs (especially MS Excel) and great reporting skills; - Willingness to work flexible hours in line with business and sports calendar requirements; - Fluency in English (written and spoken).
