We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from. **What you’ll do**: Position title: Design Advisor - Early Career Talent Location: Bogota, Colombia Duration: Temporary role up to 2 years **In this role, you’ll**: - Supply the field with reusable assets that can be quickly taken to market and customers - Scale creative assets, software and approaches through templates and content structure to streamline content development - Inject creativity into customer-centric design assets by bringing in a strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to craft compelling and perfectly executed concepts - Break silos and share best practices across hubs and communities - Create visually engaging customer-centric assets to improve SAP’s customers’ buying journey through creativity, graphic design, user experience and video production. - Dismantle and translate complex topics into intuitive visual designs and videos - Create and adapt eye-catching content to attract and address the needs of various target audiences - Ensure uncompromising quality in all internal and external assets. - Work across silos, teams, organizations, time-zones, cultures, to bring the maximum intended impact to the customer engagement - Manage deadlines, content collation, project milestones, reporting back to the business on the effectiveness and challenges encountered during the creative design projects **What you bring**: **Education**: - Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor’s or Associate’s degree - Preferably not exceeding 2 years from graduation - Preferably in the field of Marketing, Business Administration, engineer or related **Requirements and Experience**: - Deliver memorable Customer Experiences through visual storytelling - Video and Landing Pages Production & Translation - Tool knowledge of Adobe Creative CloudDeep understanding of design functions - typography, layout, color theory, photography, and copy. - Creative Process facilitation & project management - Familiarity with SAP Branding & tools **About the team** The digital economy has created new lines of business and methods of connecting with customers that are revolutionizing the GTM approach at SAP. A Design Advisor is an expert in a combination of multiple design disciplines, such as UX, web, graphic or product design, and integral to customer success. The Design Advisor supports the end-to-end customer engagement with the production of creative content such as videos, presentations, infographics, flipbooks, animated works, print media, and digitally consumed content. The Design Advisor is critical for those moments that matter, supporting the field to deliver value and maximize intended impact from our customers.
