This role will involve managing and optimizing ads on TikTok, as well as supporting marketing operations and tracking trends. - This individual will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and analyzing campaigns to ensure maximum performance. - They will also support the handling of data structuring in Google Sheets, inputting information, and assisting with reporting. - The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and be comfortable working with numbers and campaign performance data. Requirements - A minimum of experience in paid social marketing, preferably with TikTok Ads. - Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and report generation. - Proactive and eager to learn with a self-motivated attitude. - Fluency in English and Spanish.
