The Impact You’ll Make in this Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the execution and follow-up of demand generation activities and marketing campaigns. This role is operational in nature and requires excellent organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to produce clear and accurate reports on executed actions, events, and results. Assists in the execution of marketing development activities and demand generation initiatives, ensuring all activities are completed and claims are submitted according to guidelines. Support Demand Generation and Marketing team with portfolio and price management Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, digital) and external vendors to support campaign delivery. Track campaign and event activities, collecting data and ensuring all logistics and follow-up actions are properly executed. Monitor campaign calendars and ensure marketing actions align with overall timelines and goals. Prepare and maintain reports on campaign performance, event results, and demand generation metrics. Document key activities and outcomes, maintaining organized records of campaigns and events. Support the team in managing email campaigns, landing pages, CRM updates, and lead tracking tools. Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions with updates on operational progress and reporting. Collaborate closely with the demand team and business development teams to ensure alignment on lead generation efforts. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, administration, industrial engineer, business, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in a marketing / sales support role, ideally focused on campaign execution or demand generation. Intermediate - Advanced English level Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience in Healthcare market segment Basic understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation tactics, and campaign execution. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, or similar CRM/automation platforms is a plus. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to generate clear, concise reports using spreadsheets or reporting tools. A team player with excellent communication skills and a hands-on attitude. Excellent multicultural communication skills.
