This time, we are filling positions for Kaseya, a global company specializing in IT management and cybersecurity platforms, primarily targeting Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT departments, powered by AI. Its goal is to simplify and automate the management of IT infrastructure, improving operational efficiency and organizational security. Kaseya has experienced strong double-digit growth over the years and serves a diverse range of industries in over 20 countries, managing more than 15 million endpoints globally. Manager of Corporate Systems As a Manager of Corporate Systems, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Application solutions and other corporate systems. You will work closely with the BIS product team to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Lead design and implementation of systems including Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM). - Develop and maintain technical specifications and design documents. - Oversee integration with other corporate applications. - Ensure performance, scalability, and security. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship. - Guide programs, resources, and operations strategically. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Cloud best practices. - Conduct peer reviews to ensure code quality. - Collaborate with product teams to analyze business needs. - Support project planning, estimation, and risk management. - Provide support for other corporate technologies. Skills - Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, HCM). - Experience in security, integration, reporting, personalization, configuration, and architecture. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and UI customization tools. - Strong understanding of databases, Excel, BI reports, OTBI, BI Cloud Connector. - Functional expertise in BPM, approval flows, configurations, and flexfields. - Solid grasp of financial and operational processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire. - Integration with other enterprise applications. - Expertise in SOAP/REST APIs, SQL, PL/SQL, Java. - Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, Scrum. - Commitment to “security by design.” - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with other systems, DevOps tools, and code repositories. Experience - 5–7 years managing Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/SCM/HCM). - 3+ years leading teams. - At least one full Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. - 5+ years with Oracle PaaS: Integration Cloud, Process Automation, Visual Builder. - Experience managing support cases and technical reports. - Proficiency with Composer tools and APIs. Leadership & Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Team-oriented mindset and mentoring capability. Education - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering. Preferred Certifications - Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications are a plus.
