The role involves acting as a member of the digital technology capability team, identifying business needs, and determining solutions with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, innovation, relationship building, change management, and positive results. Responsibilities include facilitating and coordinating communications of requirements, specifications, diagrams, data and process models to project team members. The IT Business Analyst will also play a key role in application support activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze business challenges, recommend IT solutions, develop business processes, determine interface requirements, and resolve issues affecting multiple systems or areas. Conduct data analysis, support business process redesign, facilitate requirements gathering, and perform fit-gap analysis for software evaluations. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, data models, and test cases. Develop detailed specifications and use case scenarios. Collaborate with technical analysts to develop technical specifications and assist users with procedures. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting CPA designation or equivalent (e.g., CCA) is required EXPERIENCE Minimum 2+ years of experience. Strong interpersonal, relationship management, negotiation, critical thinking, problem-solving, process flow, and diagramming skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and business/system/data analysis skills. Proficiency in requirements development, functional specifications, data models, and business procedures. Experience with software fit analysis, MS Office, MS Project, Visio, and audit principles. Good understanding of business processes in relevant areas.
