Job Description: As a key member of our team, you will oversee the management of a group of Team Managers. Your responsibilities will include hiring, training, and motivating subordinates, as well as assessing performance and providing feedback and coaching opportunities. You will be the primary point of contact for Team Managers regarding daily duties, procedures, and company policies. It is essential to ensure that subordinate team members execute their daily duties according to company standards, fulfill set targets, and strive to reach new achievements. You will also maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable work environment, complete formal evaluations of staff quarterly, and promote continuous and organized communication within the team and with other departments. Additionally, you will be responsible for enforcing quality and service standards, reporting problems, identifying solutions, and recommending system improvements. You will collaborate with colleagues and other departments, working flexibly to achieve business needs. Gathering and analyzing data, identifying potential improvements, and presenting regular reports to management and peers on team progress and KPI forecasts are also crucial aspects of this role. This position requires a high level of expertise in game procedural processes, techniques, strategy, and rules. Strong people management skills, leadership abilities, and excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
