**Job Overview** We are seeking a senior-level security professional to lead our crisis management initiatives and develop programs for asset protection, site security, supply chain integrity, information safeguarding, travel event security, and incident response. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the executive committee, site directors, and regional security leads to ensure seamless communication and effective implementation of corporate regulations. - Oversee the performance of security-related activities, including employee protection, site security, event security, travel security, assets, and information safeguarding. - Prepare incident/crisis teams in Italy, including site incident response teams, to respond promptly to emerging situations. - Coordinate the crisis management team in Italy, connecting with response teams from Italian production sites. - Conduct investigations into crimes where necessary. **Requirements:** - Prior experience in corporate security with a strong understanding of related standards and national legislation. - Working knowledge of local and regional authority requirements in security, incident, and crisis management. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation abilities, resilience, and self-motivation. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
