Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Execute HR services processes such as benefits administration, personnel and document management, HRIS, and data management in accordance with regional and global frameworks. Manage Exit processes (involuntary, voluntary, and retirement), ensuring proper registration in SAP with appropriate justification and documentation, compliant with local legislation. Oversee time management, ensuring correct system settings in payroll and work hours systems, aligned with labor laws and union rules, to prevent payroll errors and liabilities. Administer country-specific benefits processes, coordinating with regional and local Rewards teams for system parameters in payroll, discounts, and reporting. Update and maintain the GBS SharePoint for the country and coordinate related benefits activities. Communicate with payroll regarding benefits payments and commissions. Manage local mobility activities, ensuring employee compliance and adherence to policies and legislation, collaborating with the regional Mobility Manager. Handle employee inquiries related to HR services (benefits, personnel administration, platform access, vacations, SharePoint). Manage relationships with HR Services and benefits vendors. Ensure timely payment of HR Services/H2R invoices, adhering to company payment terms and processes. Accurately process vendor invoices and monitor the GBS and Benefits budgets. Prepare and submit reports to government entities, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance; manage bonuses per company policies. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with government and company requirements related to HR processes. Collaborate with HR and legal teams on employee and labor relations activities. Partner with HRD and business units to deliver best-in-class services. Key Relationships: Global and Regional GBS HR teams HR Services and Payroll Vendors HR/Talent Acquisition/Rewards/Workplace teams Finance and GBS Finance Legal Internal Control Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Qualified in HR with experience supporting relevant countries. Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of company policies and practices. Familiarity with Chilean labor law and local HR processes. Proficient in HR Systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors). Advanced Excel skills. Ability to influence others and manage virtual teams. Analytical skills and office management experience. Minimum Qualifications: 4-5 years of relevant work experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
