Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls/messages from U.S. clients in English and Spanish Translate client needs into clear instructions for the service team Follow up with customers, relay feedback Document and resolve complaints (e.g., broken items, scheduling errors) Coordinate with team leads to address service issues Adjust Gantt-style scheduling system for crews and routes Manage day-to-day order flow and reassign resources Use ops software to handle billing, payroll prep, admin tasks Support GM by taking over admin workload Track labor hours, supply usage, efficiency metrics Flag inefficiencies or trends that impact profitability Fluent English (C1/C2) – spoken/written, professional tone Team leadership – you've made operational decisions Proven track record of leading high-performing teams Strategic mindset – you improve systems, not just run them Detail-oriented under pressure – nothing slips through Eager to grow – ready to own operations in 30–60 days Leadership path – clear runway to management Remote flexibility – results over hours Sharp, modern team – initiative and intelligence matter Ready to level up?
