Discover how you can make an impact through your role in our ecosystem: Location: Remote / LATAM Countries covered: Brazil, Chile, and Uruguay Impact: Be a key part of managing operational materials for our couriers, from budget planning to performance analysis, enhancing the delivery experience. Responsibilities include: Manage the department's budget and control related expenses. Work with logistics and supply providers, negotiating terms and quality. Handle purchase requests and order controls. Monitor usage and performance indicators of materials used by couriers. Analyze supply coverage. Create SQL queries and dashboards for data analysis and reporting. Collaborate with LATAM local teams and support engagement campaigns via digital tools. Key requirements: Fluency in Portuguese (BR) and Spanish. Strong attitude and willingness to learn. Experience in budget control and procurement processes. Proficiency in SQL for data queries and analysis. Analytical skills and organizational ability. Effective communication and teamwork across countries. Familiarity with communication tools like Braze is a plus.
