Key Responsibilities Proactively contact clients to request online Google reviews. Guide clients through the process of writing and posting reviews, providing support as needed. Identify the best timing and approach for outreach based on each case and client relationship. Maintain a database of contacted clients, responses, and review statuses. Collaborate with the legal and intake teams to identify suitable clients for outreach. Monitor review platforms and prepare regular reports on review volume, quality, and impact. Flag any negative feedback for internal review and follow-up. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills — friendly, tactful, persuasive. Experience in customer service, marketing, or client outreach preferred. Detail-oriented and organized; capable of managing follow-up cycles effectively.
