We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with overall 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 5+ years of Fusion experience and additional years of HCM domain experience in Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, or JD Edwards. Must have a good understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM version 24+ capabilities. The candidate should have real-time hands-on functional/product experience, support experience, or equivalent knowledge. Bilingual Requirement: Spanish and English. Responsibilities include: - Providing customer service support, diagnosing, replicating, and resolving complex functional issues. - Supporting and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Suite Applications, including business requirements, gap analysis, workshops, design, setup, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support. - Collaborating with technical teams on CEMI/RICE objects. - Creating and reviewing Knowledge Articles. Required Skills: - 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud implementation and support. - Participation in 5 or more Oracle HCM Cloud projects, with at least 3 full implementations as a lead or SME across 3 modules. - Experience with Cloud HCM Modules like Core HR, Benefits, ORC, Talent, Absence, T&L;, Work Compensation, L&D.; - Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and product functionality. - Technical skills in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows. - Excellent problem-solving, customer interaction, and service orientation skills. - Ability to relate product functionality to business processes and advise customers accordingly.
