The ideal candidate will have a passion for people management and a strong background in HR practices, driving employee engagement and collaboration across all levels of the organization, planning, developing and coordinating processes related to Human Resources management, ensuring the alignment of objectives and subsystems, legal regulations and strategic business objectives; being the business and operational partner for Netafim Colombia - Ceca focused on developing strategies that strengthen the organizational culture, Development Plans, Talent Attraction and employee experience. - Ensuring legal and corporate compliance in all HR processes, acting as the point of contact in audits, inspections, and labor-related legal situations. - Preparing and monitoring the department and labor (AOP) budgets, ensuring proper execution. - Defining and maintaining a clear and coherent organizational structure aligned with business strategy. - Recruiting suitable personnel based on job profiles and managing the full selection process, from interviews to offer approvals. - Executing the onboarding plan and supporting new hires throughout the probationary period, including communication and knowledge assessments. - Designing and implementing staff training and development plans aligned with performance evaluation and strategic goals. - Managing training activities: identifying providers, registering participants, sending invitations, collecting certificates, and preparing training agreements. - Administering internal communication through various corporate channels. - Overseeing the timely payment of employee benefits and coordinating compensation and personnel administration processes. - Promoting employee well-being through activities that foster a positive work environment. - Leading the performance evaluation process across the organization, from goal setting to final evaluations. - Developing leadership skills in supervisory roles, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to guide and grow their teams. - Managing the HR team, defining roles and responsibilities, and continuously improving processes and the department’s work climate. Requirements: Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related fields. - Postgraduate studies or certifications in HR Management, Labor Law, or Organizational Development (desirable). Experience: - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources roles with broad responsibilities. - Proven experience in recruitment, training, performance management, and internal communications. - Experience handling labor law issues, legal protections (e.g., union, maternity), and workplace conflicts. Knowledge: - Solid understanding of Colombia labor legislation and compliance requirements. - Knowledge of budgeting and HR metrics (AOP, payroll, compensation structures, etc.). - Understanding of organizational design and development strategies. Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Leadership and team management abilities. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving. - Ability to work with discretion and manage sensitive information. - Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. - Intermediate to advanced English (depending on corporate environment).
