Job Overview: As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for following up on warm leads provided by the company, helping to convert them into qualified opportunities. This is a remote, part-time position that requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and sales acumen. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads provided by the company. Qualify leads and schedule follow-up actions as needed. Manage lead tracking and communications through the current CRM (Investment Dominator). Accurately document all interactions and progress within the CRM. Communicate clearly and professionally with prospective clients. Collaborate with the team to improve follow-up strategies and lead conversion rates. Engage with clients fluently in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication with minimal accent for a better client experience. Key Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or sales support roles, preferably in real estate or a related field. Familiarity with CRM platforms (experience with Investment Dominator or Pebble is a plus). Quick to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms. Excellent English communication and enunciation skills. Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred. Growth-oriented and self-motivated with strong follow-through.
