Job Description - Sales & Catering Coordinator (HOT0BOSY) Job Description Job Number: Work Locations Work Locations : Hilton Bogota Corferias Avenida El Dorado, Calle 26 Corfer Corferias 1629 A Sales & Catering Coordinator is responsible for receiving groups and events in the hotel, serving as an intermediary between the customer and the commercial and operational areas. It is the customer contact at the time this arrives at the hotel with your event, working with the hotel to achieve the set goals. What will I be doing? As a Sales & Catering Coordinator, you will oversee the events at the hotel from initial contact with the event organizer to contract preparation, until the event concludes. Your tasks will include: Receiving groups and events and maintaining updated hotel records Drafting contracts for groups and events Negotiating budgets with clients Developing Event Work Orders in the system with all relevant details Conducting briefings with all pertinent information for the group (number of guests, category, price, payment method, contact details, special notes, etc.) Preparing monthly reports on groups and updating closing information Collaborating regularly with Account Managers, Sales Coordinators, Reservations, Front Desk, Departments, Hilton Meetings, and Kitchen Interacting directly with guests or clients during group and event stays Participating in special activities such as cocktail receptions, welcome tours, etc. Ensuring all client requests are addressed efficiently and promptly What are we looking for?
