Job Duties Under strict supervision, this role supports customer relationships and accelerates revenue recognition by performing assigned tasks within one or more quote to cash (QTC) process domains, including pre-sales, product delivery, and service delivery activities. These tasks are aimed at supporting an assigned geography, global account, or customer segment. Properly performed, these tasks have minimal impact on the organization’s viability. Errors are easily identified and corrected by the supervisor. The skills required are typically gained through about 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within high-tech sales or service industries. Experience in distribution or finance administration at Halliburton, along with familiarity with sales administration and financial aspects of the business, is advantageous.
