FULL TIME REMOTE Position: Supply Chain Analyst Type of contract: Independent contractor Working Hours: PST 🌎 Work from any corner of the world and be a part of the #remoteworkrevolution!‼️ About the Company The company is a modern period care company that creates innovative, sustainable menstrual products designed to improve comfort, reduce waste, and offer more freedom during menstruation. Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and ensure seamless daily order fulfillment across our retail, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. This role will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and maintaining data integrity across all supply chain systems. You will also play a key role in managing stakeholder communications to ensure clear and timely updates on order status and delivery performance. Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment Management: Oversee daily order processing and fulfillment across retail, Amazon, and DTC channels; verify accuracy of shipments and warehouse transfers. Inventory Monitoring: Track inventory levels across systems; promptly identify, flag, and escalate shortages or discrepancies that may impact On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance. Report Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile data across order management platforms and warehouse systems; investigate and correct inconsistencies to uphold data reliability. Data Accuracy Assurance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for orders, inventory, and fulfillment metrics; quickly investigate and resolve any anomalies across platforms.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide proactive, clear, and consistent updates to internal and external stakeholders regarding fulfillment timelines, risks, and expectations. Requirements Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (e-commerce or retail preferred) Familiarity with order management systems, warehouse platforms, and inventory tools Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot discrepancies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis/reporting Nice to Have: Experience working with 3PLs or in fast-paced consumer goods environments Knowledge of OTIF metrics and strategies to improve fulfillment performance
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus
