Job Details Pay Rate: Competitive salary + performance bonuses Filterbuy, a leader in the air quality and manufacturing industry, is seeking a Founding SDR Manager to build and lead our first in-person sales development team in Medellín. This role involves creating the outbound sales process from scratch, including hiring, systems setup, and team management. The position reports to U.S. Sales Leadership and requires in-office presence in Medellín, 5 days a week. Responsibilities include: Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of 3-5 SDRs. Establish office operations, initially from a coworking space. Develop and implement outbound strategies, including tools, scripts, cadences, and target lists. Oversee SDR performance, daily activities, and team development. Manage core metrics such as booked meetings, qualified leads, and handoffs to the U.S. sales team. Collaborate with U.S. leadership to align goals and enhance performance. Required skills and qualifications: 4+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales. 2+ years of experience managing SDR teams. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Strong leadership and coaching skills. Experience launching new processes, tools, and systems from scratch. Based in Medellín and available for full-time, in-office work. High accountability with excellent communication and reporting skills. Preferred qualifications: Experience working with U.S.-based clients or sales teams. Background in HVAC, industrial supply, or B2B services.
