Responsibilities - Manage planning in all development stages from pre-production, production, launch, and live services. - Scope and Capacity Management across QV. - Overall project risk management and reporting to Apex leadership. - Create scenarios and guide the decision-making process. - Improve operational effectiveness of team effort by assessing current practices, incorporating new strategies, and increasing predictability. - Promote the evolution of QV practices across Apex products. - Identify opportunities to share practices, tools, and analytics across Vancouver, EA Bucharest and other partner studios. Desired requirements - 2+ years of project management or team leadership experience. - 1+ years of experience managing people - 1+ years of experience leading and growing large multi-discipline teams. - 1+ years experience with Continuous Delivery or Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment. - Excellent stakeholder management skills. - Understand software quality assurance and software development lifecycle practices. - Education requirement: University Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
