Key Responsibilities: - Implement tests following best practices and testing standards; assist in supporting mission-critical applications as necessary. - Participate in team improvement initiatives to enhance processes and product quality, striving for excellence. - Work closely with developers and team members to support the release of high-quality software, define test requirements, and ensure adequate unit test coverage. - Assist in developing project documentation as required. - Clearly document test cases, results, and identified issues. - Perform regression testing to validate software updates and changes. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Programming knowledge: Completion of programming courses, especially in scripting languages, offering a solid foundation in software development. - Language proficiency: English proficiency at B1 level (CEFR) for effective communication in diverse teams. - Entry-level experience: Foundational knowledge with little to no practical experience, showing readiness to learn and grow. - Recent graduate: Brings up-to-date academic knowledge and a fresh perspective, ready to apply learnings to real-world challenges.
