Language : English fluency required (C1/C2 level) About the Project: We’re building a unique, design-forward hotel in Montauk, New York. The goal of this Instagram account is to document the entire process—from land acquisition to opening day—and build a loyal following around the brand. We want to make this a story people follow like a show. Your Responsibilities: * Watch and sort through raw video/photo content from our construction site and planning process * Create and edit short-form Reels (20–45 sec), carousels, and stories * Build and manage a consistent posting calendar (4–6x per week) * Write captions with strong storytelling and voice * Manage hashtags, geo-tags, and engagement with followers * Suggest and test content ideas to help us grow the account quickly * Report weekly on growth, engagement, and learnings You Should Be: * A creative storyteller with experience growing Instagram accounts * Strong video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Rush, Final Cut, etc.) * Fluent in latest AI tools, and be able to explain and show at how you are integrating these tools into your workflow * Comfortable working with voiceovers and text overlays * Able to work independently, take raw content, and turn it into engaging narratives * Excited by architecture, travel, hotels, or real estate (a plus) * Excellent English writing and captioning skills * Bonus: Canva, Figma, Notion, or scheduling tools (Later, Metricool, Buffer) Compensation : We’re open to both full-time and part-time candidates, with pay starting at $6/hour depending on experience Seniority level - Seniority level Entry level Employment type - Employment type Full-time Job function - Job function Marketing and Sales - Industries Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Enduring Ventures by 2x Get notified about new Social Media Marketing Specialist jobs in Colombia .
