The MDS Manager, BPE LATAM will have responsibility for AER projects in the LATAM region as well as global responsibility for Fixed Asset projects that impact the outsourced CoE. Projects can be in support of the Global Record to Report digital initiatives and to support LATAM region AER projects which may be both discretionary and non - discretionary in nature. This position reports into the Senior Director AER Mondelez Digital Services. **Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities** Drive the digital accounting agenda in LATAM through successful delivery of global projects in the region as well as innovating, designing and driving inititaives that leverage digital solutions to deliver efficiency and business growth for LATAM Provide monthly close support for LATAM region and Global as needed. Maintain knowledge of the Amercias SAP instance and the related AER business processes. Coordinate with AER LA region on understanding end to end business processes. Responsible for partnering with MDS to address system issues and related testing of fixes and/or changes. Manage the communication with other Regional BPEs on all LATAM SAP system changes which impact information going into the other SAP instances. This is to help move to consistent processes across all three instances and not only one region. Coordinate with BPOs the process changes due to finance transformation projects, system changes and other note projects that impact the AER processes. Including coordination with BPOs on SOP updates, required training and addressing open issues. Execute with Region finance teams process and system enhancements and linkage into Global programs Assist, analyse, and/or advise on ad hoc region accounting developments.
