RESPONSIBILITIES Supports the SH leader in planning, executing, controlling, and closing new initiatives based on observed needs in the day-to-day operation. Monitor the different projects and support the closure in a timely manner (HR, Facility, IT, EHS projects) and report on progress / roadblocks to the site lead. Support with the development of ideas / solutions / or of policies and procedures (if needed) to the projects that imply a collaborative work among functions. Ex. Facility with EHS, Facility with HR. Be the main contact for local functional leaders such as area Managers, HRBP and Facility to present and report on initiatives and projects. Solve issues in an innovative way that arise with minor supervision and escalate to the site lead in case of a roadblock. Ensure stakeholder satisfaction with the initiatives taken and the results after closure. Support in the control of local expenses for the HUB functions based on the approved budget. Develop strategies to improve metrics to meet company requirements. Other duties as assigned. Attend global reports and meetings in different time zones. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Job Qualifications: 5 years’ experience in monitoring projects. Experience in working with other foreign cultures. Advanced ability for time management, monitoring projects, and driven results. Skill to work and communicate with different stakeholders. High sense of urgency understanding the priorities of the different stakeholders and their needs.
