Recommended Qualifications (these would make you an ideal candidate) ·Experience in sales of software products for the hospitality industry: PMS, Channel Manager, CRS, CRM and/or Revenue Management. ·Will to work in "startup mode", we are a young and small company ·Skillset to follow a career path through successive roles, ultimately to CEO. ·It would be preferred that candidate has a United States B1/B2 visa, but ultimately is not required Company Description Norelian has a product called Guesthub, which is a SaaS Hospitality Guest Experience Management System (GEMS) that enhances interdependent communications, improves accountability, and overall guest experience. Guesthub integrates different modules and solutions to keep track of every guest or internal requirement from reservation to the final survey. It helps the Hotel, Resort, Residential Condo, Serviced Apartments, Vacation Rental Companies, and Concierge Companies deliver consistent excellent service. Job Description This is a full-time remote position as a Business Developer Manager that will be focused on one of our software products called GuestHub. The Business Developer Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and creating strategies to drive sales growth. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services and achieving revenue targets.
