Marketing & Client Communications Specialist A dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Client Communications Specialist is required to create high-impact presentations and RFP content for a growing investment/financial services firm. This role involves translating complex ideas into clear, client-facing materials in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. - Develop and manage persuasive, visually polished PowerPoint presentations. - Support RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs ensuring timely, accurate submissions. - Work with marketing, investor relations, compliance, and investment teams to simplify technical financial content for non-technical audiences. - Ensure content aligns with brand tone and regulatory guidelines. - Maintain and update internal content libraries and templates. - Ensure consistency of messaging across regions. - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or financial services. They should have expertise working on RFPs or investor/client communications, excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills are also essential. Comfort working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams is a must. Familiarity with finance or investment concepts is preferred.
