Create scalable data pipelines and Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions. 2. Implement dimensional data modeling and data governance strategies. 3. Develop best practices in data engineering for the pipelines developed, ensuring data quality at each step. 4. Expertise in data streaming and real-time processing, knowing when to use each format depending on the use case. 5. Develop and maintain scripts in SQL and Python. 6. Diagnose and resolve data-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. 7. Closely collaborate with analysts, software engineers, and stakeholders to align data solutions with product goals. 8. Implement automated tests to ensure the reliability, integrity, and quality of data solutions. Necessary Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in data engineering, preferably in a high-performance environment. - Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Cloud services. - Solid understanding of databases, data governance, and data modeling. - Experience with ETL processes. - Able to diagnose and resolve issues in data-related operations. - Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience with automated testing and familiarity with testing frameworks. - Proficiency in English.
