US dollars **Join Our Dynamic Team!** **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide comprehensive IT support and solutions to our clients, ensuring their systems operate smoothly and efficiently. - Administer and manage Windows 10/11 OS, including system updates, security, and performance optimizations. - Expertly navigate and resolve issues related to Google Chrome and other Chromium-based web browsers, enhancing user experience and system security. - Manage and troubleshoot OS networking issues, ensuring reliable and secure connections within and outside the organization. - Administer and manage Microsoft Office desktop and web apps, ensuring seamless integration, updates, and user support. - Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. - Perform regular system audits, recommend improvements, and assist in the execution of IT projects. **Requirements**: - A minimum of 2 years of IT experience, with a significant focus on managed IT services. - Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in administering Windows 10/11 OS. - Expertise in managing Google Chrome and Chromium-based web browsers. - Solid understanding of OS networking, configuration, troubleshooting, and security. - Proficiency in administering and managing Microsoft Office desktop and web apps. - Ability to identify and troubleshoot advanced technical issues. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - A customer-first attitude, with the patience and understanding needed to manage various customer interactions. - Some experience with server OS environments. - Some experience with Microsoft Intune for managing devices and apps. **Education/Certificates**: - BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline is advantageous. - IT certifications beneficial to have include: - CompTIA Network+ - Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate - Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals - ITIL Certification **Work Hours & Benefits**: - This is a full-time role, starting at approximately 40 hours per week. - Must be available to work within Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. - Competitive salary $4000/month in US dollars - Access to training and professional development resources. **Why Join Soaring Towers?** By joining Soaring Towers, you become part of a dynamic, innovative team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence in service delivery.
