Key Responsibilities: - Advanced Sourcing Methods: Utilize executive search, networking, and market mapping to identify top-tier talent. - Full-Cycle Recruitment: Independently manage the recruitment process for diverse IT roles across LatAm time zones, ensuring swift and effective talent acquisition. - Talent Acquisition Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to meet growth objectives, overseeing a robust talent pipeline for critical roles. - Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Stakeholder Partnerships: Partner with Workforce Management, Hiring Managers, department heads, Talent Assessment, and HR to understand and confirm business needs and align efforts with organisational goals. - Communication: Maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely updates and feedback. - Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyse metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on recruitment activities to senior management. Requirements: - Proven Experience: 5+ years of managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment, with specific experience in the IT industry. - Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the IT industry, including technical roles, industry trends, and hiring challenges. - Agency Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment agency is highly desirable, demonstrating ability to thrive in dynamic environments. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong focus on data-driven decision-making, with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and trends to optimize hiring processes. - Meticulous Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and precise approach to every aspect of recruitment, ensuring accuracy in candidate assessment, documentation, and communication. - Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, enabling efficient juggling of multiple roles and priorities.
