We are seeking an HR Partner who can build sustainable professional relationships and serve as a trusted local HR partner to our contractors and company managers. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring contractor success by providing ongoing support from onboarding through to career growth and development. You will work closely with HR Partners, managers, and contractors to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and high employee engagement. Additionally, you will collaborate with local and international managers to enhance global organizational effectiveness and talent strategies. Responsibilities: Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires, collaborating with TMF (local HR and Payroll vendor). Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, teleworking arrangements, and work policies. Manage contractor performance, engagement, and retention strategies with line management. Provide career development consultations and conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees. Coordinate onboarding, trial management, performance reviews, retention, rotations, and terminations with line management. Maintain employment records related to employment status, promotions, performance, and terminations. Utilize HR analytics, including employee satisfaction surveys, to inform decision-making and improve HR practices. Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and regulations. Prepare and maintain legal employment documentation. Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to mitigate risks. Oversee payroll and benefits administration, including leave management and statutory compliance. Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence. Monitor and improve HR processes for efficiency. Support local marketing activities and events in collaboration with HR Marketing. Requirements: At least 3 years of relevant HR experience. Upper-intermediate English proficiency. Experience in the IT industry. Knowledge of local labor laws related to official employment. Strong listening and communication skills. Effective problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Results-driven and proactive approach. Critical thinking skills for handling complex situations.
