The Role We are excited to offer an opportunity to join us as a Technology & Infrastructure Project Manager in Help Desk operations. Scope: Full-time | Office: Medellín | Hybrid Daily Responsibilities Lead Help Desk operations projects and manage contracted services. Ensure stable operation of services and projects. Establish operational and project requirements. Propose operational models to improve process functionality. Define metrics for operations and projects. Ensure service processes meet agreements. Generate organizational and client reports. Develop practical plans, including task analysis. Identify areas for continuous improvement. Present and support reports for the business and clients. Maintain financial health of projects. Qualifications Profile: Systems Engineering or related field with proven experience in infrastructure project management. Required Skills: Experience managing technological projects using PMI and ITIL methodologies. Experience managing client processes directly.
