Job Description Youwill design, implement and administrate compensation programsincluding salary administration, annual and long-term cashincentives, sales compensation, cash incentives, and supplementalpay programs. You will coordinate the design and administration ofexecutive programs including stock options, long-term incentives,and other executive programs. Reviews existing compensationprograms to ensure they align with market practices. Identify gapsor issues in existing compensation practices for continuousimprovement. Ensure compensation programs comply with country lawsand union(s). You will implement the global compensation programsin the region to ensure consistency throughout the organization. Lead programs for LA such as annual pay increases, profit sharing,Christmas bonuses, incentive plans, retention, and supplemental payplans, etc. Manage the compensation survey process and settingmarket reference points (MRP's) with the regional compensationteam. Partner with HR business partners to work with businessmanagement to provide sound recommendations and advice on totalrewards-based solutions to ensure regional and global consistency. May support due diligence on assigned mergers and acquisitions. Partner with the global mobility team on employee long-terminternational rotational assignments (LTIR), short-terminternational rotational assignments (STIR), and permanentrelocations. Partner with the Global Sales Operation team on designand governance for the sales plans. Participate in assigned globalcompensation projects as assigned. Who will you report to? You willreport to the Dir, Global Compensation. Skills, knowledge &experience;: - Bachelor's Degree required. - Professional Fluency in English. - At least 8 years of experience in Compensation withknowledge of the Latin America Market. - Good capability inmanaging dynamic and matrix relations with different levels of thecompany. - People Manager experience with a multicultural scope. -Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement. -Workday user is a bonus. - Unwavering commitment to, and theability to model, the standards of behavior set in our Code of Conduct.
