Direct message the job poster from Chazey Partners - A QX Global Group Company Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Intermediate (2 – 4 years) Workplace: Hybrid Seniority Level: Junior / Mid-level About the Role We're looking for a Business Analyst to support and help drive strategic business initiatives, create and maintain operational reports , analyze and monitor workflow , and evaluate production processes by monitoring activities in real-time . The analyst will also be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities , maintaining budget accuracy, and enhancing forecast modeling and capabilities. This role involves extensive interaction with Workforce Management, Implementation Services, Customer Service, and Service Operations teams, as well as Service Operations vendors. Analyze, monitor, and evaluate the service center workforce and production processes in real-time. Work within SQL to develop and maintain queries for data extraction. Deliver reports using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau . Update and maintain SLA/KPI metrics with current information for various processes. Maintain budget accuracy and improve forecast capabilities. Identify process improvement opportunities to increase workforce efficiencies. Analyze pending volume to detect potential bottlenecks. Collaborate with outsource partners to ensure timely processing. Create dashboards and ad-hoc reports for monitoring and improvement. Implement long-term strategies and adapt to immediate workforce needs. Conduct research and data collection to support operational excellence.
