How a regular day will look like - _ Run actuarial and financial operations, leading the analysts, mentoring them and managing all topics._ - _ Lead and develop a team of actuaries and financial professionals, setting KPIs and ensuring performance standards are met._ - _ Find opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance service quality._ - _ Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, IT, and HR to ensure seamless service delivery._ - _ Monitor service levels, client SLAs, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to internal policies and industry standards._ - _ Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives to modernize core processes._ - _ Act as the primary point of escalation for operational service issues and proactively mitigate risk._ - _ Prepare operational reports and dashboards for senior leadership, with insights and actionable recommendations.to. _ How this opportunity is different? - Aon offers you a flexible work with a hybrid methodology, you can work from the comfort of your home, as well as in the office where you will meet a team that lives in a warm and friendly work environment, as well as the opportunity to grow vertically and/or horizontally._ **Skills and experience that will lead to success** - _ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)._ - _ 10+ years of experience in insurance, pension funds, finance, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role._ - _ Validated experience in leading teams, optimizing workflows, and implementing process improvements._ - _ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills._ - _ Project management certification or experience is a plus._ **How we support our colleagues** In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
