About the role The HR Senior Associate will act as a strategic partner, collaborating with business leaders to shape HR strategies, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives that align with company goals. This role involves understanding the full employee lifecycle and driving impactful HR practices. Responsibilities - Support and advise Analysts, Associates, and Senior Associates on HR processes. - Organize activities to improve the work environment, including company events, employee proposals, health and safety, CSR activities, etc. - Assist in organizing recognition activities and meetings. - Coordinate visa processes, documentation, and expatriate logistics in partnership with facilities and mobility teams. - Prepare and conduct offer meetings for expatriate programs. - Manage meetings with incoming expatriates regarding their relocation details. - Audit legal documents for expatriates and prepare necessary insurance and legal documentation. - Update employee data in Hibob and request updates in JIRA for Maven. - Handle expatriate administrative processes such as banking, tax declarations, etc. - Review and improve onboarding and offboarding processes. - Manage contracts and onboarding processes with the Talent Acquisition team. - Conduct welcome talks, prepare termination documents, and communicate with payroll. - Review payroll settlements and handle employee terminations in Hibob. - Prepare legal and HR-related documents for employee movements. - Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and support development strategies. - Conduct vocational interviews and support career development plans. - Present development reports and plans to employees and management. - Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and promote company values and culture. - Ensure compliance with Colombian labor law and internal policies, providing legal labor law advice. - Respond to HR inquiries, suggest policy improvements, and conduct HR research and reporting. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in psychology or related fields, at least 2 years of HR experience, strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
