In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape narratives, enhance visual storytelling, and bring ideas to life through high-quality video editing. As part of our team, you’ll work on a variety of projects, collaborating with creatives to deliver engaging content that resonates with audiences. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love the challenge of turning raw footage into polished, impactful videos, we’d love to hear from you! - Transform raw footage into engaging, well-paced content. - Enhance storytelling with visual effects, transitions, and animations. - Ensure color correction, sound design, and audio mixing meet professional standards. - Adapt videos for different platforms, including social media, web, and advertising. - Manage multiple projects with a structured approach and meet deadlines. - Work closely with the creative team to align content with brand messaging. - Incorporate feedback effectively to refine and optimize video output. - Creative Direction & Problem-Solving - Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to video production. - Maintain a strong balance between creativity, storytelling, and efficiency. - Keep up with industry trends and apply innovative editing techniques. Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro. Strong storytelling and visual composition skills. Ability to work independently , stay organized, and take ownership of projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A good eye for aesthetics , motion design , and pacing . Creative problem-solving mindset and adaptability to different editing styles. Experience creating content for social media, ads, or branded storytelling. Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus. Familiarity with sound design and audio editing . Enthusiasm for experimenting with new formats and creative trends.
