About the Role The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and general finance. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must, along with familiarity with U.S. accounting and payroll systems. A strong organizational and communication skillset, as well as high attention to detail and discretion with confidential information, are essential for this position. Responsibilities will include maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts and sub-ledgers, managing accounts payable and receivable, handling collections for overdue accounts, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements. Additionally, the Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for processing payroll and related tax filings, submitting sales tax filings, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
