Position: Full-time Experience: 2-3 years preferable Salary: $900 up to $1,000 USD a month English level: B2 or Higher Contractor US Holidays ENGLISH CURRICULUM IS A MUST Key Responsibilities: Process purchase orders after orders are confirmed and completed. Manage and maintain relationships with existing vendors and suppliers. Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize margins on each deal. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and products. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering based on demand. Work closely with internal teams to align purchasing with company needs. Resolve any issues related to orders, shipments, or vendor relationships. Maintain accurate records of transactions, purchase orders, and pricing agreements. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a corporate setting. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle a high-volume workload. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software/tools. Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to company processes and take ownership of the role.
