Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Lean Solutions Group Role Description: The Market Analyst position is expected to understand the dray markets within North America, including market size (both intermodal and truckload) and XPO’s position in that market. The Market Analyst will be responsible for driving network improvements for the Intermodal business unit. This role involves working cross-functionally to identify dray inefficiencies and opportunities, such as fleet pay mitigation, reload opportunities, and equipment size/type matching, and developing strategies to improve underperforming lanes/markets. This is a high-visibility position with exposure to business units and executive leadership teams. Responsibilities: The main functions include, but are not limited to: Collaborating with Regional Service Centers, Customer Service, Sales, Pricing, and Network teams to meet XPO’s margin and service goals. Analyzing transactional financial and operational data from BI (ISOPS) and source systems to identify gaps in costs and efficiencies. Working with customer service, pricing, and operations teams to implement dray improvement strategies. Maintaining dray and fleet market costing data in the Pricing Workbench. Maintaining street efficiency metrics and drayage competitive data. Providing data-driven consultative support to identify efficiency improvements and cost control strategies at the market level. Assisting with monthly executive reports on market conditions, efficiency improvements, and related issues.
