Drive the creative vision and execution of all post-production projects. Lead multidisciplinary teams of editors, animators, motion designers, Flame artists, and more. Ensure every project meets top-tier technical, narrative, and aesthetic standards. Confidently present ideas, concepts, and edits to clients with clarity and creative insight. Implement new technologies and workflows that fuse innovation, efficiency, and excellence (AI included). Collaborate closely with production, strategy, and creative departments to deliver consistent, powerful campaigns. Mentor and inspire creative talent, fostering innovation and growth across the team. 7+ years leading creative post-production in the advertising or audiovisual industry. Strong expertise in editing, color grading, motion graphics, VFX, and sound design. Proven track record directing commercial and branded content from a creative standpoint. Outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, and clear communication skills. Experience with AI-based tools and how they can enhance post-production pipelines. A sharp eye for detail, visual storytelling, and consistency. Ability to juggle multiple projects without sacrificing creativity or quality. High-level knowledge of both technical and creative QA processes. Comfort presenting directly to clients and stakeholders with professionalism and creative confidence.
