The Team and Job Summary We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Information Technology team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the IT team, with responsibilities related to plan, maintain and support the services we deliver to our organization and the infrastructure used to deliver them, integrate technology from companies we acquired, and everything in between. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of maintenance and operations of secure and highly available computing platforms, servers (primarily Azure and limited on-premises), networks and phone systems, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks. Job Responsibilities - Maintain Infrastructure help desk queue. - Monitor production, outputs, and services to ensure SLAs and other metrics are met. - Maintain, monitor, and support IAS, SAS, and physical infrastructure environments. - Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines. - Employing exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they snowball into problems. - Lead complex field deployments and installs remotely. - Plan and coordinate office moves, adds, or changes. - Lead technology integrations from mergers and acquisitions. - Develop best practices and procedures for infrastructure team. - Work across teams to ensure IT system upgrades, deployments and maintenance are conducted with mínimal impact to the operation. - Work with team to eliminate physical infrastructure acquired through mergers and acquisitions. - Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the company excel. Required Qualifications - English Proficiency: Full Fluency / Completely Bilingual. - Extensive experience remotely troubleshooting complex problems and technology. - Installing LAN & SAN networks, servers, VoIP, A/V systems and managing large, complex projects in the field. - 8 - 10+ years of experience in general technology infrastructure management. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. - Proficiency with Azure infrastructure. - Proficiency with PowerShell and scripting. - Proficiency Appling security patches with Windows servers. - Experience with Microsoft Teams VoIP administration - Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms deployment and administration - Strong network, computing, and system management skills. - Strong experience in establishing and ongoing management of infrastructure and cloud environments. - Extensive knowledge of computing support roles, including security administration, service desk, and operating system support. - Experience in planning and assisting in the ongoing establishment and movement of systems and technologies from on-premises to the public cloud. - Bachelor's degree or higher Preferred Qualifications Certifications in any of the follow areas: - Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) - Azure Administrator (AZ-104) - Microsoft365 Fundamentals (MS-900) - Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700) - M365 Enterprise Admin (MS-100/101) Physical and Mental Job Qualifications - Must be able to be on call or work weekends or nights if needed. - Travel requirements: 0% - 10% J.S.
