About the Role A fast-growing multinational logistics company (name confidential) is looking for a Carrier Talent Sourcing Specialist to join its dynamic sourcing team. This position places you at the front line of carrier engagement in the U.S. transportation industry. You will be responsible for reaching out to carriers, communicating program benefits, resolving questions, and guiding them through the onboarding process—all while sharpening your English skills in a professional, cross-border environment. Location: Barranquilla on site Contract Type: Permanent Schedule: 24/7 availability (Monday to Sunday) | 40-hour workweek Salary: $2,850,000 COP + Night Shift Bonus of $350,000 CO Key Responsibilities Proactively contact U.S.-based carrier companies to introduce direct partnership opportunities. Use tools like 3CX to manage outbound/inbound calls, share program details, and build initial relationships. Accurately document carrier interactions in tracking files and internal systems. Send follow-up emails outlining program requirements and next steps after interest is confirmed. Required Skills English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level (verbal and written). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive, analytical, and capable of working independently and in teams. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Comfortable using: Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams, 3CX, and VMware Horizon.
