Hi there, this is Mariana from CI&T! I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for a Software Support Analyst. This person will have direct contact with an international client. The ideal candidate has a strong software background. Requirements: Solid experience with ITSM / ITIL . Experience with level 2 (L2) support, debugging , executing SQL queries on the database, analyzing and interpreting logs, detailing and troubleshooting complex technical solutions involving multiple components of an important app. Experience with scripting and creating service processes; flexibility to work in critical system scenarios for customers. Experience with Apps (React or Java). Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, etc.). English proficiency in reading and writing to communicate with native speakers. Portuguese proficiency in reading and writing to communicate with native speakers. Nice to have: Experience with control tools (Jira, Miro, Mural).
