wherewework.hu on behalf of: Coca-Cola HBC Magyarország ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB: This role is responsible for building and implementing the Premium Spirits strategy and providing all marketing resources (strategies, tools needed for strategy execution, and resources in terms of cooperating partners and agencies) to support building the portfolio of assigned brands for the overall growth of the company’s business. The Brand Manager establishes and manages the marketing agenda for the portfolio, starting from identifying country key big bets to the execution of related marketing programs. They work closely with key stakeholders across marketing, sales, commercial excellence, finance, and supply chain, playing a leading role in the Spirits Marketing leadership team. A strategic goal is to drive business performance through sustainable portfolio growth, focusing on revenue and profit delivery, fueling value share growth, and continuously increasing the quality leadership ratio. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Co-create long-range plans and business plans for the Premium Spirits portfolio, aligning with global brand priorities and local channel insights. Manage budget planning, control, and reconciliation, including quarterly A&P reports with brand owners. Take ownership of the Premium Spirits Portfolio budget for comprehensive execution of sales and marketing activities. Control financial payments and ensure cost management of the portfolio, including value chain and price control. Define 360 LoS Brands KBIS, identifying and delivering results. Map portfolio opportunities, calculate the size of the prize, and contribute to long-term country big bets. Design the annual Premium Spirits activity calendar, coordinating execution of big bets and innovations. Partner with the PS Manager to address channel/region-specific needs through sales and marketing programs. Adapt global portfolio plans to the local market, explore system best practices, and integrate cross-merchandising opportunities. Plan and execute new portfolio launches, SKU rationalization, and harmonization, contributing to Premium Spirits planning and best practice sessions. REQUIRED SKILLS: Experience in large, complex, multi-channel organizations. Proficiency in MS Office. High level of communication skills. Ability to quickly understand customers' needs. Fluent in English. Responsibility, result orientation, and agility. Solid understanding of marketing principles and experience in executing marketing campaigns.
