What You'll Bring MBA degree with global strategy experience or experience with strategy consulting would be preferred. At least 8 years of general business work with experience on strategy development and business planning with strong facilitation skills. Financial and/or credit industry subject matter expertise/ proficiency Knowledge about the credit reporting industry or International business planning experience. High degree of intellectual curiosity with a successful track record of driving ideas to implementation. Experience collaborating cross-functionally within an organization Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team in a rapidly changing environment. Good project management capabilities and high attention to detail; comfortable working under deadlines and producing key deliverables. Sound business judgment and excellent problem solving and influencing skills. Proficient financial, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to quickly grasp industry and business-wide concepts in order to assess implications to drive actions and to capitalize on opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in providing crisp, insightful information to executive teams. Impact You'll Make The Sr. Manager, Strategy & Planning, will support regional business planning, ongoing activities, and strategy development. They will identify, evaluate, and develop new go-to-market strategies focusing on opportunities to grow LATAM business organically. This role reports to the Area Leader, VP of Strategy and Planning, and involves managing the strategy team and working closely with LATAM executive leadership to develop long-term goals and short-term objectives. Responsibilities include supporting regional business plans, tracking competition, reporting progress, and analyzing issues affecting productivity, profitability, and growth. Key Responsibilities Design, facilitate, and manage the strategic planning process aligned with regional objectives. Assess industry best practices, new business models, and techniques to enhance planning practices. Conduct strategic analysis, gather competitive intelligence, and predict responses of key competitors. Partner with Finance to integrate business and financial planning, linking portfolio management, budgeting, and planning processes. Lead primary and secondary research to inform market entry/expansion opportunities. Build relationships with product and industry experts to develop actionable go-to-market plans. Support regional business plan execution, track progress, and facilitate knowledge transfer. This position is hybrid, requiring in-person work at an assigned TU office location for at least two days a week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
