What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day) Prospecting & Sales Execution: Proactively identify and pursue potential clients via cold calls, emails, virtual outreach, and face-to-face engagement. Lead engaging discovery meetings to understand customer challenges and recommend tailored solutions. Consistently exceed sales quotas through self-driven prospecting and pipeline ownership. Sales Process & CRM Management: Log all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM with precision. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve close rates. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales and new client acquisition, preferably within the telecommunications, internet, or VoIP phone services industry. Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency with CRM platforms to manage leads and pipelines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in remote and cross-cultural contexts. Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field). Driven, competitive, and motivated to grow personally and professionally. U.S. Market experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary + Commission: $1,000 – $2,500 USD/month + commissions Uncapped Earnings: Your hustle directly impacts your income. Paid Time Off (PTO): 1 PTO day per quarter and 2 PTO days in the final quarter, totaling 5 PTO days per year.
